Building access to research labs is limited to those who have followed proper procedures for lab access. Please visit the appropriate department to discuss procedures for gaining access to a lab.

Please carry your K-State identification card with you when using the building after hours in case you are asked to show identification to university police. Do not confront a suspicious person – push one of the blue light emergency buttons found throughout campus or call 785-532-6412.

If you feel threatened or at risk for your personal safety while on campus, especially after hours, contact Wildcat Walk at 785-395-7233 or push one of the blue light emergency buttons found throughout campus and an escort will meet you and walk you to another on-campus destination or up to two blocks off-campus. Wildcat Walk is a service provided by the K-State police department.

Also available is Rave Guardian mobile app, a safety app for smartphones. It is free and can be downloaded on any iPhone and Android-based device through iTunes or Google Play. Rave Guardian is an app for the K-State community that provides a direct connection to K-State police and other resources so that everyone can easily communicate all their safety needs. Its easy-to-use features help you and your friends stay safe every day.
