Transfer Large Files

If a file is too large or too confidential to email, the KSRE Transfer Site is a good option.
Note: Either the sender or the recipient must be a K-Stater in order to use the KSRE Transfer Site.

You can also use OneDrive for Business:

Once you click on OneDrive, you will get the window below which will allow you to sync your OneDrive to your desktop.

Once it is synched to your desktop, you can easily share files. Bring up file explorer and click on OneDrive for Business.

After you see your files, you can right click on the file. Select OneDrive for Business and then choose your option. If you just want to send a link, choose copy link. After it is copied, you can paste the link into an email. If you want to restrict who can view and edit, chose the share option. This will bring up a browser so you can login to your Office 365 account. From here, you can set the permisions and who gets the link.
