Instructions on use of the presentation system

To start the system just touch the portable control screen.

When the screen is on you will see the options available for your source inputs.

• Desktop: This is the computer located in the cabinet. It will have had all engineering software installed. Clickong the ENGG Login icon on the desktop will enable access to your network drives.
  
  • WARNING: Security software on this computer will erase all changes made on the next reboot. This includes any files or data you may have created. These lost files are non-recoverable.

• Floor box: Touch this source if you are connecting to a laptop. VGA and HDMI cable inputs coming from the box in the floor will allow connection to a laptop.

When you select the source it will automatically display on the television.

Tabs at the bottom will control different functions:

• Home: This will take you to the home screen.
• Camera: This will allow control of the camera focused on the table as well as allow it to be used for Zoom meetings.
• Volume: The master volume control will manage sound levels for the wireless microphones and desktop.
• Display controls: This will allow you to turn off the television.
