To start the presentation system just touch the portable control screen

If you would like to use a Polycom conference, press the Polycom button. To use the presentation system press the Presentation button.

This room has the capability to be split into two halves. On the controller you can select room A or B. Or you can select A and B. You can choose your source on the left hand side. There are two desktop computers in this room, one for A and one for B.

• Warning: Security software on this computer will erase all changes made on the next reboot. This includes any files or data you may have created. These lost files are non-recoverable.

Once you select your source, you can put the info on which ever screen you would like. Just press the send to display button. There are three television screens in the room. One on room A side and two one room B side.

In the floor, there are floor boxes that have connections for a laptop. You can use a VGA cable or a HDMI cable.

There is a document camera that can also be used. Just press the document camera source and send it to the display you would like.

There are several options for sources, so you will have to scroll to see all options.
