Chadwick has been with the company for more than 30 years and has seen it transition from being family owned to employee owned in 2002. MMC Corp and its three strategic business units stand strong with nearly $1.4 billion in backlog with several strategic growth initiatives on the horizon.

Chadwick is a champion of community engagement and takes pride in the company’s corporate citizenship.
