Energy & Evironmental Impacts Seminar 2006
January 4-6, 2006
Rathbone 1052, Kansas State University
This special seminar focuses on energy, the environment, and sustainability for conventional and renewable energy technologies (including wind, solar, biomass, and hydrogen). Experts present on technical, policy, economic, and other aspects of these energy technologies; and facilitators lead discussions with participants to discuss ways to realistically move toward sustainability, with respect to energy options, in Kansas and the United States. The program also includes presentations on green engineering, life cycle analysis, and other relevant approaches to work toward sustainability.
