We seek to establish the Carl R. Ice College of Engineering as a partner of choice for industry, government and academia by ensuring our research and educational programs are responsive to changes in technology and workforce needs.

As such, K-State engineering pursues new, improved partnerships with industry, alumni, professional associations, government and public sector organizations, and international educational institutions.

In addition, we strive to innovatively partner with industry and government in order to enhance the nation’s economic well-being, while enabling future prosperity for Kansas through novel research and educational platforms.

Faculty members are active in presenting and publishing their research activities, as well as advancing graduate and undergraduate students in technical skills of research.

K-State engineering has numerous research centers, groups, laboratories, institutes and programs, as well as multidisciplinary efforts within engineering, and other colleges and universities around the world.
