Applied Learning

Every degree-seeking student will engage in meaningful, applied learning experiences that connect classroom knowledge to real-world challenges. From undergraduate research and industry-sponsored design projects to internships, co-ops and global experiences, our students are immersed in opportunities that prepare them for life and leadership beyond graduation. These experiences begin early and are intentionally built into the K-State engineering journey, ensuring that every graduate leaves not only with a degree, but with the confidence, skills and perspective to make an immediate impact.
