Kimberly Gerard named Kansas State University Alumni Fellow

MANHATTAN – Kimberly Gerard is one of 12 distinguished Kansas State University alumni honored as 2023 Alumni Fellows. Gerard is an Alumni Fellow for the Carl R. Ice College of Engineering and will be on campus to present guest lectures April 12-14.

Alumni Fellows return to campus to discuss current trends and to meet with students and faculty. The Fellows were chosen based on their high levels of professional accomplishment and distinguished service in their respective careers.

Gerard, Yuma, Arizona, and Dubois, Wyoming, is founder and CEO of 360 Electrical LLC, a leader in innovative electrical products.

Gerard graduated from K-State with two bachelor’s degrees, the first in engineering technology in 1982 and the second in civil engineering in 1984. She entered the petroleum industry with Conoco, then went on to be a partner and vice president of operations at Petro Source.

After 20 years in the petroleum industry, she started 360 Electrical LLC, headquartered in Salt Lake City. 360 began with a patent for rotating electrical devices and expanded to a company innovating all types of consumer and jobsite power products.

In 2014, having become very dedicated to fitness and health, she opened a personal training gym to help others obtain their fitness goals. She continues to coach and encourage people to achieve success in fitness and nutrition.

Gerard currently splits her time between Arizona and Wyoming and stays involved in various ministries.
